Digital Visitor Management

Recording and validating new visitor details

The Securnyx360 app lets the Guards to quickly add and check-in visitors into the complex. No more spending time in queues to write in register. Everything is recorded and stored digitally and all the records are SEARCHABLE to track down any visitor at later point of time. Name, profile picture and all details of the visit are captured.

Securnyx360 incorporates a novel method to manage visitors. A visitor registered at any complex/property can very quickly do a check at any other complex that is using the Securnyx360 system as the person details are stored on the Securnyx360 cloud.

Recording check-in check-out for normal visitors

Once a visitor has been registered on the Securnyx360 system, he just needs to provide his phone number, and the guards get the details of the visitor automatically from the Securnyx360 cloud. This results in much faster checkout when a visitor visitor visits a complex and is already in the Securnyx360 cloud database.

Performing express check-in, check-out for regular visitors

Securnyx allows flat and office owners add regular visitors into the system. The regular visitor details are available to the guards in the Sentinel app and they can check-in the regular visitors much faster, without having to enter any visitor details.

Preventing barred visitors from entering the premise

Securnyx360 brings an important security feature in which the system maintains a list of barred visitors for every complex in its cloud database. This maybe a rogue salesman, or a incompetent service provider. Once a person is added to the barred list, he is automatically barred from entering the complex as his entry is blocked by the software during the check-in process which scan through the barred visitors list to find a match.

Multiple simultaneous deployments

In most of the complex and offices there is a single visitor register, this may get cumbersome or become a bottleneck if there is a large number of users visiting the complex or office. Multiple Sentinel apps can be deployed in minutes which lets people check in in multiple queues and prevents waiting.

Vehicle Management

Capturing vehicle check-in check-out

The Sentinel apps system lets you take the snap of license plate of the vehicle can capture the vehicle number instantly as text without having to type in the number manually. The app software automatically extracts the vehicle number from the image to enable the security guards to operate faster and efficiently.

Capture vehicle duration of stay and calculate parking charges

The security guards always have the list of vehicles inside the complex on the Sentinel app, so check out a checking out a vehicle when it leaves is much faster. An additional powerful search to filter from list of vehicles inside the complex means, the guards can zero on the vehicle much faster and record the leaving time automatically much faster.

The Securnyx360 system also lets the users to set up parking charges rules. The parking charges are automatically calculated and recorded as exiting the complex. All parking charge revenues are recorded automatically on the cloud and the society members have access to all the records.

Vehicle identification and action

The Sentinel app intelligently determines when a vehicles comes in or leaves the complex, if the vehicle belongs to one of the apartment complex members or is an outside guest vehicle. For apartment owners vehicles it notifies the vehicle owner when the vehicle comes into or leaves the complex. For an outside vehicle the system automatically calculates the total parking time and generates the parking charge. Vehicle owners of the apartment can choose to set their preference to get alerted or not when their vehicle leaves the complex.

The Sentinel app, from time to time shows up a text challenge on the phone screen which the personnel have to key in and complete. On completing a heartbeat notification is sent to the back end system that the guard is alert.

This ensures that if the person is not alert and if the challenge is not completed then a notification is sent to the server that the guard is not responding and status on the dashboard turns red and the guard shows up in the list of non-responsive guards. From the back end the challenge can be configured like during which time period should the challenge be shown to guard, and if challenge need to be enabled for certain guard on the app.

Enforce Virtual Lock Downs

Virtual lock down enables the flat owners to experience pre-defined privacy levels based on their mood and situation. Three levers of virtual lock down ensure the flat owners get the desired privacy level they want.

Verified Staffs - This lock down levels stops any unknown or irregular visitors from visiting the flat, but lets the regular visitors like the housemaid or the car washer in. The owners can also set which regular users should be let in from the owners app, when the security lock down level is set to verified staffs.

Full lock - This modes prevents any visitor, regular or irregular visitors from going into the complex to the flat thehy

Respond to Assistance Requests

The Assistance request feature enables the guards to track which residents need assistance and respond appropriately. The assistance widget is available right on the Sentinel app dashboard and any new assistance request gives a loud warning to attract guards attention so he is aware of the assistance request and can attend it.
